Narrative:

On originating flight the operations agent provided to the pilot crew an inaccurate manual load schedule. The weight figures were not in the proper location resulting in a 30000 pound error. The manual load schedule provided to the crew indicated tow 102557 pounds. The actual tow was 132459 pounds. The pilot crew discovered the error in flight. After landing in ZZZ1; the captain called ZZZ2 and debriefed the operations supervisor and agent on the seriousness of the error.

Title: A B737-700 DEPARTED 30000 LBS HEAVIER THAN INDICATED BECAUSE OF AN OPS AGENT'S ERROR. THE ERROR WAS DETECTED IN FLT.

Narrative: ON ORIGINATING FLT THE OPS AGENT PROVIDED TO THE PLT CREW AN INACCURATE MANUAL LOAD SCHEDULE. THE WT FIGURES WERE NOT IN THE PROPER LOCATION RESULTING IN A 30000 LB ERROR. THE MANUAL LOAD SCHEDULE PROVIDED TO THE CREW INDICATED TOW 102557 LBS. THE ACTUAL TOW WAS 132459 LBS. THE PLT CREW DISCOVERED THE ERROR IN FLT. AFTER LNDG IN ZZZ1; THE CAPT CALLED ZZZ2 AND DEBRIEFED THE OPS SUPVR AND AGENT ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE ERROR.
