Narrative:
Missed a turn and taxied on wrong taxiway. Error was corrected with no conflict with other traffic. We had our charts out but were very tired due to little sleep the night before and a 13 hour duty day. Fatigue was a major factor.

Title: CL65 CAPT REPORTS MISSING TURN ON GROUND AT ATL CITING FATIGUE AS A MAJOR FACTOR.
Narrative: MISSED A TURN AND TAXIED ON WRONG TXWY. ERROR WAS CORRECTED WITH NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC. WE HAD OUR CHARTS OUT BUT WERE VERY TIRED DUE TO LITTLE SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE AND A 13 HR DUTY DAY. FATIGUE WAS A MAJOR FACTOR.
