Narrative:
Developed rough running engine 1 mi from departure end of runway xx. Declared an emergency in order to clear landing traffic on runway xx to make way for my immediate return. Aircraft in pattern immediately cleared the pattern to allow me to make a successful landing. No conflicts noted. Great response from other aircraft.

Narrative: DEVELOPED ROUGH RUNNING ENG 1 MI FROM DEP END OF RWY XX. DECLARED AN EMER IN ORDER TO CLR LNDG TFC ON RWY XX TO MAKE WAY FOR MY IMMEDIATE RETURN. ACFT IN PATTERN IMMEDIATELY CLRED THE PATTERN TO ALLOW ME TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL LNDG. NO CONFLICTS NOTED. GREAT RESPONSE FROM OTHER ACFT.
