Narrative:

Another dispatcher had an aircraft call and heard that bfi was closed to IFR traffic due to runway closure. Starting at XA00Z runway 13R/31L had a NOTAM closed the runway. There was also a NOTAM for bfi that stated that runway 13R/31L avbl air carrier during the time the runway was closed. The tower was called on the phone and stated that the runway was closed and that the NOTAM should be removed. Changed the alternates for the remaining sea flts. There were quite a few NOTAMS for bfi; and they were contradicting. I also just missed the one that closed it. More attention to the NOTAMS for each airport. Printing them out and taking more time to read them more carefully.

Title: DISPATCHER FAILS TO NOTE RWY CLOSURE NOTAM AT BFI. CONFLICTING NOTAMS CITED.

Narrative: ANOTHER DISPATCHER HAD AN ACFT CALL AND HEARD THAT BFI WAS CLOSED TO IFR TFC DUE TO RWY CLOSURE. STARTING AT XA00Z RWY 13R/31L HAD A NOTAM CLOSED THE RWY. THERE WAS ALSO A NOTAM FOR BFI THAT STATED THAT RWY 13R/31L AVBL AIR CARRIER DURING THE TIME THE RWY WAS CLOSED. THE TOWER WAS CALLED ON THE PHONE AND STATED THAT THE RWY WAS CLOSED AND THAT THE NOTAM SHOULD BE REMOVED. CHANGED THE ALTERNATES FOR THE REMAINING SEA FLTS. THERE WERE QUITE A FEW NOTAMS FOR BFI; AND THEY WERE CONTRADICTING. I ALSO JUST MISSED THE ONE THAT CLOSED IT. MORE ATTENTION TO THE NOTAMS FOR EACH ARPT. PRINTING THEM OUT AND TAKING MORE TIME TO READ THEM MORE CAREFULLY.
