Narrative:
Landing on runway 28R; exiting on taxiway T high-speed taxiway; which divided into taxiway K and B. While crossing runway 28L; there are no reflective markers or lights for taxiway T and the paint is so worn that at night it is very difficult to see taxiway T. It is common to be cleared to cross runway 28L while still on runway 28R; which means that airplanes could be moving at a fairly high speed while trying to find taxiway T. By contrast; taxiway K is very well marked and lighted. This airport has many foreign carriers and tired; long-haul pilots. Poorly lighted txwys are a hazard. I am very familiar with this airport; and was again dismayed by the difficulty in finding the turn-off of taxiway T from runway 28L. Can't something be done? I realize that construction is taking place; but at the very least can't someone go out and paint a visible line for us to follow?

Narrative: LNDG ON RWY 28R; EXITING ON TXWY T HIGH-SPD TXWY; WHICH DIVIDED INTO TXWY K AND B. WHILE CROSSING RWY 28L; THERE ARE NO REFLECTIVE MARKERS OR LIGHTS FOR TXWY T AND THE PAINT IS SO WORN THAT AT NIGHT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE TXWY T. IT IS COMMON TO BE CLRED TO CROSS RWY 28L WHILE STILL ON RWY 28R; WHICH MEANS THAT AIRPLANES COULD BE MOVING AT A FAIRLY HIGH SPD WHILE TRYING TO FIND TXWY T. BY CONTRAST; TXWY K IS VERY WELL MARKED AND LIGHTED. THIS ARPT HAS MANY FOREIGN CARRIERS AND TIRED; LONG-HAUL PLTS. POORLY LIGHTED TXWYS ARE A HAZARD. I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THIS ARPT; AND WAS AGAIN DISMAYED BY THE DIFFICULTY IN FINDING THE TURN-OFF OF TXWY T FROM RWY 28L. CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE? I REALIZE THAT CONSTRUCTION IS TAKING PLACE; BUT AT THE VERY LEAST CAN'T SOMEONE GO OUT AND PAINT A VISIBLE LINE FOR US TO FOLLOW?
