Narrative:

At cruise altitude the aircraft fuel quantity instruments began flickering; then became intermittent and then finally failed. With all the quantity gauges for left wing tanks fuel left blank (no dashes) and 'xx' showing for the same on the ECAM. Briefly the right side showed fuel quantity that we knew with certainty was inaccurate and; therefore; was not reliable. On consultation of the QRH; we found there to be no procedure for this occurrence. We deduced a loss of automatic fuel feed (though unaltered) and loss of center of gravity control computer which was evident. We then consequently completed both of these procedures as per the QRH. A diversion was initiated to ZZZ in concurrence with maintenance control and dispatch; resulting in an overweight landing.

Title: AN A300'S FUEL QTY SYSTEM BECAME UNRELIABLE. THE CENTER OF GRAVITY CONTROL COMPUTER COULD NOT AUTO ADJUST THE FUEL LOAD; THEREFORE THE FLT DIVERTED.

Narrative: AT CRUISE ALT THE ACFT FUEL QUANTITY INSTS BEGAN FLICKERING; THEN BECAME INTERMITTENT AND THEN FINALLY FAILED. WITH ALL THE QUANTITY GAUGES FOR L WING TANKS FUEL LEFT BLANK (NO DASHES) AND 'XX' SHOWING FOR THE SAME ON THE ECAM. BRIEFLY THE R SIDE SHOWED FUEL QUANTITY THAT WE KNEW WITH CERTAINTY WAS INACCURATE AND; THEREFORE; WAS NOT RELIABLE. ON CONSULTATION OF THE QRH; WE FOUND THERE TO BE NO PROC FOR THIS OCCURRENCE. WE DEDUCED A LOSS OF AUTO FUEL FEED (THOUGH UNALTERED) AND LOSS OF CTR OF GRAVITY CTL COMPUTER WHICH WAS EVIDENT. WE THEN CONSEQUENTLY COMPLETED BOTH OF THESE PROCS AS PER THE QRH. A DIVERSION WAS INITIATED TO ZZZ IN CONCURRENCE WITH MAINT CTL AND DISPATCH; RESULTING IN AN OVERWT LNDG.
