Narrative:
Flight had departed normally. Pushed back; taxied; takeoff and flew enroute without incident or problem in VMC conditions. A normal visual approach to runway xx was conducted. No visual or aural warnings were received at any time; and all systems were in the green. I had stated in my landing briefing that I would let the aircraft roll to the end for a turn off at whiskey and taxi in to terminal. I touched down on centerline without incident and immediately noticed heavy braking. I stated to the first officer; 'that's not me;' I was not making any brake application. We both visually noted the parking brake was not set. At almost the same time the tower notified us 'air carrier X you're on fire ..... Your main gear appears to be on fire.' I maintained centerline with rudder and hand steering. We still had no warnings aural or visual and all indications appeared to be normal. However with the tower's warning we elected to conduct a full emergency evacuation. All four main tires were found to be blown out; but there did not appear to be any evidence of fire after the evacuation.callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: the reporter stated that to date he has not been told what caused the locked brake anomaly. He was told that the DFDR analysis indicated that the parking brake was not set and that no pilot input was made to the brake pedals. The air carrier is still examining the data to determine the cause.supplemental information from acn 798971: after conferring with each other we elected to initiate an emergency evacuation on the runway. First officer announced the evacuation command; and the flight attendant directed passengers to evacuate. Evacuation was accomplished through the two overwing emergency exits; the main (forward left) cabin door; and the galley service (forward right) door. After finishing the evacuation checklist captain and first officer evacuated the aircraft. All 40 passengers plus three crewmembers evacuated safely without injury. At no time before; during; or after the event did we receive any visual warnings through the aircraft's EICAS or aural warnings through the awu. Subsequent inspection of the airplane revealed all four tires on the two main landing gear were failed and deflated. We observed no evidence of fire. An entry was made in the aircraft's aml by captain noting the four deflated tires on the two main landing gear.

Title: AN EMB135 BRAKES WERE LOCKED ON LNDG WITH NO PILOT INPUT. THE ACFT WAS EVACUATED AFTER FIRES WERE REPORTED BY TOWER ON THE ACFT TIRES.
Narrative: FLIGHT HAD DEPARTED NORMALLY. PUSHED BACK; TAXIED; TAKEOFF AND FLEW ENROUTE WITHOUT INCIDENT OR PROBLEM IN VMC CONDITIONS. A NORMAL VISUAL APPROACH TO RWY XX WAS CONDUCTED. AT ALMOST THE SAME TIME THE TOWER NOTIFIED US 'ACR X YOU'RE ON FIRE ..... ALL FOUR MAIN TIRES WERE FOUND TO BE BLOWN OUT; BUT THERE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY EVIDENCE OF FIRE AFTER THE EVACUATION.CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: THE REPORTER STATED THAT TO DATE HE HAS NOT BEEN TOLD WHAT CAUSED THE LOCKED BRAKE ANOMALY. HE WAS TOLD THAT THE DFDR ANALYSIS INDICATED THAT THE PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT SET AND THAT NO PILOT INPUT WAS MADE TO THE BRAKE PEDALS. THE ACR IS STILL EXAMINING THE DATA TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE.SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 798971: AFTER CONFERRING WITH EACH OTHER WE ELECTED TO INITIATE AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION ON THE RUNWAY. FO ANNOUNCED THE EVACUATION COMMAND; AND THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT DIRECTED PASSENGERS TO EVACUATE. EVACUATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE TWO OVERWING EMERGENCY EXITS; THE MAIN (FORWARD LEFT) CABIN DOOR; AND THE GALLEY SERVICE (FORWARD RIGHT) DOOR. AFTER FINISHING THE EVACUATION CHECKLIST CAPT AND FO EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT. AN ENTRY WAS MADE IN THE AIRCRAFT'S AML BY CAPT NOTING THE FOUR DEFLATED TIRES ON THE TWO MAIN LANDING GEAR.
