Narrative:

Aircraft X was talking to ZLA in my airspace at 8000'. Edw approach tried to handoff another aircraft at 8000' opposite direction. ZLA never pointed out the aircraft to edw approach as they should have and a loss of separation resulted. ZLA had the responsibility to point out aircraft a to edw approach since they had control and separation responsibility for the aircraft.

Narrative: ACFT X WAS TALKING TO ZLA IN MY AIRSPACE AT 8000'. EDW APCH TRIED TO HANDOFF ANOTHER ACFT AT 8000' OPPOSITE DIRECTION. ZLA NEVER POINTED OUT THE ACFT TO EDW APCH AS THEY SHOULD HAVE AND A LOSS OF SEPARATION RESULTED. ZLA HAD THE RESPONSIBILITY TO POINT OUT ACFT A TO EDW APCH SINCE THEY HAD CTL AND SEPARATION RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACFT.
