Narrative:

Aircraft arrived ZZZ with 2 gripes against #2 engine high oil consumption and high oil pressure. Troubleshooting oil consumption per maintenance manual 71-08-00 and found oil leaking into tailpipe at #5 bearing cover. Replaced cover seal per maintenance manual 72-53-05. Troubleshooting oil pressure per service tip. No blockage noted at #4 bearing restrictor; so replaced #4 bearing scavenge valve as most likely cause of high oil pressure reading. Aircraft was idle leak checked then taken for a run-up to check the scavenge valve. Engine was operated at 90% N2 for 3 mins with escort vehicle observing. No report of smoke or leakage received from escort vehicle or tower. Post-run inspection showed no evidence of oil leakage external or tailpipe. Supplemental information from acn 801745: pressurized gear box per maintenance manual 71-08-00. Found oil leaking at #5 bearing cover. Replaced cover seal per maintenance manual 72-53-05.

Narrative: ACFT ARRIVED ZZZ WITH 2 GRIPES AGAINST #2 ENG HIGH OIL CONSUMPTION AND HIGH OIL PRESSURE. TROUBLESHOOTING OIL CONSUMPTION PER MAINT MANUAL 71-08-00 AND FOUND OIL LEAKING INTO TAILPIPE AT #5 BEARING COVER. REPLACED COVER SEAL PER MAINT MANUAL 72-53-05. TROUBLESHOOTING OIL PRESSURE PER SVC TIP. NO BLOCKAGE NOTED AT #4 BEARING RESTRICTOR; SO REPLACED #4 BEARING SCAVENGE VALVE AS MOST LIKELY CAUSE OF HIGH OIL PRESSURE READING.
