Narrative:

I do not remember what the various settings of the operational equipment were at the time. E145 FL270 was direct btv. B737 was direct sbj climbing to FL260. Based on observed climb rates from B734 I climbed aircraft to FL360. Realizing aircraft were in conflict I turned E145 as well as B734 who was already on a vector for E145. I confirmed altitude assignments on both aircraft. Separation was lost.
