Narrative:
My first officer had just landed on runway 22R and we turned off on A1 and were given txwys H; P to international gate. As we taxied along we noticed an airbus pushing; which didn't initially scare us; but as we got closer it was apparent the push crew was pushing him right back at us at a very rapid rate. I thought about trying to accelerate enough that he would miss my wingtip; but he was too close and it developed too fast. I instead slammed on my brakes but didn't get entirely stopped before we were past him. Very reckless push crew; in our opinion. My first officer said it looked like at the last second he must have seen us and cut the tail of the plane to his left (toward our rear). We turned the corner on taxiway P and as we approached the runway 32R pad we saw 3 MD80's parked there. All 3 of them had their noses well beyond the line. I pulled to the left of the taxiway and using thumbs up signals from the capts and my first officer's looking out the window we managed to miss them too. I'm not sure the runway 32R pad is big enough for an MD80; unless they leave their tails sticking out the back of the pad.
