Narrative:

During climb out; had antiskid nosewheel steering failure. Dispatch/maintenance advised. Returned to ZZZ. Followed QRH ECAM procedures. Landing uneventful; but stopped on runway; towed to gate. One brake steering control unit (bscu) was MEL'ed inoperative. Other failed in-flight causing antiskid nosewheel steering failure. Fix MEL equipment as soon as possible.
