Narrative:

On approach; we put the landing gear down and got 3 green and no red lights. When the flaps were moved to 28 degrees; we received the aural 'landing gear.' we recycled flaps to 23 degrees and the aural warning went away. We again moved flaps to 28 degrees and 40 degrees and again received the aural warning. We did a go around and requested holding offshore to run checklist. No procedure was found; so the captain contacted maintenance. They could not find a procedure either and could not help us. We both felt sure the gear was down and locked. We declared an emergency and requested emergency equipment to stand by. We made a normal landing with the aural warning on. During taxi in; we pulled the ground proximity 'circuit breaker' with no result; and then pulled the conflict alert warning system circuit breaker and that silenced the warning. This done from the abnormal landing gear confign procedure.
