Narrative:
CFI was supervising student solo from apa tower. Student had made one touch and go of two required with last landing a full stop. On approach to runway 17L for second touch and go, student requested a go around, was approved by ATC but student inadvertently retracted all flaps about 50 degree AGL and dropped short of 17L, ground looped, bending propeller. No injury incurred by student.

Title: STUDENT PLT ON SOLO FLT LANDED SHORT OF RWY ATTEMPTING A GO AROUND.
Narrative: CFI WAS SUPERVISING STUDENT SOLO FROM APA TWR. STUDENT HAD MADE ONE TOUCH AND GO OF TWO REQUIRED WITH LAST LNDG A FULL STOP.
