Narrative:

At XA55Z while IFR wbound at 14000', 1 mi east of lsv, we observed an fgt pass through our altitude in a vertical climb at 11 O'clock and approximately 1/2-3/4 mi. No traffic information was given by nellis approach control. After landing at our destination, desert rock, nv (dra), I contacted the nellis ATC supervisor by telephone. He stated that the conflict was caused by a controller trnee at lsv who released the fgt for a maximum performance takeoff west/O proper coordination procedures (no time for evasive action).
