Narrative:
The jst airport is a VFR tower controled airport. ZOB; area 5 provides approach control services to the airport. The airport has an ILS runway 33 approach. The area information board (ES1S); where information displayed is controled by the supervisors showed that the jst runway 33 localizer was OTS. The NOTAMS for jst available at the sector on the erids screen said; 'list 09/005 jst navigation runway 33 ILS gp OTS wef 0809151200-0811152100.' I called the airport to ensure the correct outage information. Steps should be taken to ensure supervisors correctly do their jobs.
