Narrative:

Lowered landing gear -- no red or green lights illuminated. Performed light test and press-to-test with no lights illuminated as a result. Performed QRH procedure and contacted ZZZ maintenance. Pulled and reset landing gear system indication circuit breaker at maintenance's request with no effect. Continued with QRH which led to manual gear extension. Visually checked all 3 gear and locked through view ports. Landed normally. I suggest maintenance cycling the manual gear extension access doors in the flight deck once in a while. The opening apparatus was covered with crud and it took much longer than it should to coax the door open.
