Narrative:

Landing behind a B737; the first B737 landed on runway 25L and was told to hold short of runway 25R. Upon landing and approaching taxiway A6; the captain noticed the B737 to be holding on the wrong side of the hold short line. The B737 was holding short of taxiway A6 on the active runway side of the hold short line. The captain continued the rollout and exited at taxiway A7 without incident. The las tower made no mention of the B737 being on the active runway and made no comment about the incident over the radio.

Title: B737 LNDG AT LAS PRIOR TO RPTR'S B737-700 FAILS TO HOLD AT APPROPRIATE HOLD SHORT LINE BTWN PARALLEL RWYS; THUS FAILING TO CLR THE ACTIVE RWY. LCL CTLR FAILS TO MAKE NOTE OF ERROR.

UPON LNDG AND APCHING TXWY A6; THE CAPT NOTICED THE B737 TO BE HOLDING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE HOLD SHORT LINE. THE B737 WAS HOLDING SHORT OF TXWY A6 ON THE ACTIVE RWY SIDE OF THE HOLD SHORT LINE. THE CAPT CONTINUED THE ROLLOUT AND EXITED AT TXWY A7 WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE LAS TWR MADE NO MENTION OF THE B737 BEING ON THE ACTIVE RWY AND MADE NO COMMENT ABOUT THE INCIDENT OVER THE RADIO.
