Narrative:

Loaded our aircraft for a flight. We received our flight manifest; confirmed the correct flight number; aircraft number; destination; fuel; and the numbers added up correctly. We then visually confirmed the cargo was secure. The first container blocked the view of anything further aft. We continued to our ZZZ destination uneventfully. Upon arrival; we noticed the removal of 4 more positions that were on board that we were not aware of. This made our takeoff gross 10000 pounds over what we had on paper. This was a chain of errors starting from dispatch to the ZZZ cargo loaders.
