Air Traffic Incident | Operational Error |
Narrative:
ZNY; sector N56 (kennedy sector) stopped taking traffic with no notice. I had several aircraft when woodstown sector stopped taking my traffic. I immediately asked my supervisor for help. Several mins passed and I requested help again to another supervisor. I had an operational error approximately 10-12 mins after my first request for help; and 5 mins after my second request for help. I never received help. I believe this happened due to lack of help. The supervisors working completely ignored my request.
