Narrative:
Captain; PF; was using autoplt and flight level change. Autothrottles inoperative. Using manual throttles. Descending from 15000 ft to 12000 ft. Turn to bog VOR was earlier than expected. About 2000 ft high. Light to moderate turbulence in the clouds with thunderstorms in the area. Extended speed brakes and descending; slowing to clean maneuvering speed of 203 KTS. Gross weight about 315000 pounds. Retracting speed brakes at about 206 KTS; stick shaker activation momentarily for about 15 seconds. First officer; pilot monitoring; immediately extended flaps to 1 degree. Continued retracting speed brakes to close. No further stick shaker activation. Normal approach; landing; taxi and parking. I did not enter in the logbook as I have been previously briefed of this anomaly in the computer system for the B767. We have flown this aircraft for the past week for multiple legs. First time for this activation.
