Assigned aircraft XXX. Aircraft has #2 pack deferred inoperative. #1 pack has multiple write-ups day prior including regulator fault; pack #1 overheat message. Refused aircraft for obvious reasons. This entry for documentation purposes. This refusal is necessary and legitimate.
