Narrative:
Clear sunny day, entered pattern for runway 23. Wondered why the plane floated so long then heard a scratching noise and realized propellers were curled. Gear was not down. The horn should have gone off with power back bwt did not. Corrective action for prevention. Check gear horn before lowering gear.

Title: GA SMT LANDED GEAR UP.
Narrative: CLEAR SUNNY DAY, ENTERED PATTERN FOR RWY 23. WONDERED WHY THE PLANE FLOATED SO LONG THEN HEARD A SCRATCHING NOISE AND REALIZED PROPELLERS WERE CURLED. GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. THE HORN SHOULD HAVE GONE OFF WITH POWER BACK BWT DID NOT. CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR PREVENTION. CHECK GEAR HORN BEFORE LOWERING GEAR.
