Aircraft X was incorrectly issued a descent clearance to FL260. I was discussing a different traffic situation with my trainee on the radar associate position. Because of this; I did not hear the clearance nor the readback.

Title: ZID handoff controller; providing OJT; failed to note an incorrect altitude issued by the RADAR controller.
Narrative: Aircraft X was incorrectly issued a descent clearance to FL260. I was discussing a different traffic situation with my trainee on the Radar Associate position. Because of this; I did not hear the clearance nor the readback.
