On final for runway xx; selected gear down and flaps 15 degrees. Noticed that flaps stopped at 10 degrees. Performed a normal go around. Executed flaps trailing edge disagreement checklist; executed an uneventful flaps 15 degree approach and landing using alternate flap procedure. Emergency declared during go around. Title: A B737-300 Trailing Edge (TE) Flap Disagree light alerted at 1000 ft on approach. After a go around; an emergency was declared followed by completion of the QRH procedure and a normal 15 degrees flap landing.
Narrative: On final for Runway XX; selected gear down and Flaps 15 degrees. Noticed that flaps stopped at 10 degrees. Performed a normal go around.
