Narrative:
I was in command of a flight from ZZZ1 to ZZZ. We departed ZZZ with 150 persons on board. The flight was routine until interception of the localizer. I had gone over the NOTAMS earlier in the day. This was a ZZZ to ZZZ1 to ZZZ round trip. The weather was 360/16g24 1 = light snow few clouds at 900 ft. Unfortunately I missed a NOTAM. The NOTAM was for ILS runway xx; the visibility RVR 5000 ft all cats. Approach control listed the RVR at 4500 ft. The weather was more like 1000 and 2. For this flight there is a lot of NOTAM's and I just missed it. That is no excuse. I followed all my air carrier's SOP's and procedures. I missed the NOTAM. We landed and turned off at taxiway G.
