Narrative:
I was on base about 1/2 miles and noticed the C152 descending on final. I slowed to allow separation and continued a normal approach. When the cessna didn't turn off; I called go around and proceeded to climb and offset to the right side of the runway. When approximately 3/4 field; the C152 became airborne and I had to execute an immediate hard right turn to avoid. Upon landing; I called the ATCT via phone and explained what happened.
