Narrative:
During takeoff/climbout; we had a right duct overheat light on. The corresponding checklist was completed with the result being a ruptured duct. I elected to return to ZZZ and we landed overweight at 200;900 pounds. Flight attendants; dispatch; and maintenance were notified. Landing with no further incident.
