Floor escape lighting; seat mounted; and exit marker power supply batteries frequently are found not fully charged resulting in less than 12 volts. The air carrier 757 maintenance manual and MEL have no voltage limitations. Keep rechargeable batteries for escape path lighting on a maintaining charging system. Emergency batteries; coming out of stock; frequently not fully charged.
