Narrative:

Everything was combined to local. I had been assigned in the tower the entire shift. Due to snow not having been removed; 2 taxiways (taxiway F and taxiway G); south of taxiway B; had been closed. An air carrier maintenance aircraft asked to taxi from the terminal ramp; to a parking area on taxiway G that was south of taxiway B. After the aircraft reached the area; the operator mentioned that they were expecting several other aircraft to arrive and park in the same area and that conditions weren't exactly suitable for doing such due to the snow on the taxiway. It was 'then' that I remembered that those 2 taxiways were closed. I apologized to the operator. The operator then requested; and was cleared; to taxi to a hangar. Not that much was going on. The operator had not checked the ATIS; nor do we ever require that they advise having the ATIS for a simple movement like this. Had the operator listened to the ATIS before making his request; he would've heard of the closure. That probably would have saved me from my memory error.
