Narrative:
Aircraft was in the hangar for a gear retract/extend problem. I was instructed to help with the down jacking after the gear swing. I was instructed to reset the cbs that were opened during jacking. The number of cbs was not documented nor a description or location. I closed all the cbs I saw in the flight deck. I missed ATC-1 circuit breaker located behind the captain's chair; which is hidden behind a coiled map light cord. The aircraft flew 1 flight leg to ZZZ where it was discovered. The flight crew missed this on their preflight as well. No damage to aircraft occurred. Our general procedures manual was changed to correct this problem. We now document how many and where the cbs were opened in the logbook. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated the circuit breaker ATC-1; that was missed and not closed; is their aircraft transponder.
