Narrative:

During the initial beverage service; a passenger identified themselves to the purser as a fam and showed authentic and proper identification. Passenger also advised the purser that there was another fam. The purser advised the captain. Neither the purser nor the captain was advised of the presence or location of the fam until the fam identified themselves inflight. Both the captain and fam advised the purser that they would file a report of this incident. Again; gate agent did not advise the purser nor the captain of fam presence nor location.
