Lga-mia. Company alleges we had a tailstrike departing lga. FAA met us in mia, pulled the voice and flight recorders. When they find out we didn't strike the tail they may try to get us for unnecessary conversation below 10000'.

Title: AFTER LNDG AT MIA ACI PULLED FLT RECORDER AND VOICE TAPES BECAUSE OF A REPORTED TAIL STRIKE ON TKOF. REPORTER IS CONCERNED HE WILL BE VIOLATED FOR NON ADHERENCE TO FEDERAL AVIATION REG STERILE COCKPIT CONCEPT.
