Narrative:
I was required to work over 2 hours at the ord parallel monitor position from XA25Z to XC35Z; 2 hours 10 minutes. Ord was on a west flow arrival configuration; runways 27R/27L/28. Inadequate staffing was the reason for exceeding 2 hours on position. This is a violation of the 2003 FAA/natca cba.
