Narrative:
B747 on ILS prm approach; on prm scope. Aircraft turned left and conflicted with adjacent final. Pullout procedures are required but I observed B747 on acd display on the localizer. Although no occurrence happened; physiologically it was as though I had an error. Fix prm scopes or abandon them.
