Narrative:

A single engine aircraft inadvertently landed with its landing gear retracted on runway 34; only one runway airport. It skid to a stop about 1;500 ft down the 8;900 ft runway. Another aircraft in the pattern called saying he was going to land on the remaining runway (approximately 7;400 ft). When the second aircraft called on CTAF announcing he had cleared off the runway; I decided I could safely land on the remaining runway; so that I could help the folks in the disabled aircraft. I landed to the north of the disabled aircraft on runway 34 touching down with approximately 4;000 ft remaining. I wanted to help the folks in the disabled aircraft and thought I could land safely on the remaining runway; which I did. This is an uncontrolled airport and no one announced the runway closed.
