Narrative:
Prior to taking off from a close-by airport (5 minutes flight time); destination ATIS stated 'wind variable at 4 KTS.' flight was uneventful and calm. Same goes for initial descent; approach and flare. The moment I initiated flare; tower announced new ATIS code active. After approximately 150-200 yards of rolling; while initiating braking; the airplane was struck by a strong wind gust which raised the left wing; causing a propeller strike and further pushing the aircraft to the right. The plane veered more to the right and exited the runway hitting a sign and a runway light and came to a halt after crossing a taxiway. Other than the bent propeller ends; there was no visible damage to the airplane. As a major factor that led to this event; I consider the sudden and strong change in wind condition.
