ATC gave descent clearance from FL380 to FL280. As throttles retarded; ECAM advisory indicated low or no oil pressure right engine. Confirmed on local gauge; consulted QRH which directed engine shutdown. Ran all procedures; declared emergency and made single engine landing. Engine type: ge CF6.
