Minutes before takeoff; the right seatbelt attachment point to the seat became loose due to negligent maintenance procedures and poor maintenance standards (corporate policy). It was necessary to go back to the gate. The whole seat was changed before this event during the overnight service. The seatbelt was attached inside this plastic cover without being screwed to the seat main body; it was just plugged in.
