Narrative:

Climbing through FL300; was notified by flight attendants that a passenger window between seats 13A and 14A had shattered. Leveled off and observed pressurization normal. After brief consultation with dispatch and maintenance; we elected to descend and divert to ZZZ1. Descent; approach; and landing were normal. We were unable to locate guidance in the flight manual for this situation; and maintenance had difficulty locating guidance; i.e.; which pane is structural. I feel this should be addressed.
