Narrative:
I came in on short final and slipped it in. I made a perfect wheel landing on runway xx. On the rollout; I put the tail down. The minute it touched down; the plane started turning in a wide circle to the right. I had slight aileron to the right and stick full back. I released some of the pressure on the back stick to see if I could get control; but I had no control. I applied full left rudder; but it seemed like the tailwheel had locked into position keeping the plane in a circular right turn to the exit ramp. It came around to the right after it had turned almost 240 degrees to 260 degrees; the left wing came down and hit the pavement and turned into the wind facing runway 15. The wing came up. I then taxied back to my hangar and shut down. There was not that much wind. It felt like centrifugal force had put the wing down. It happened off the runway on the exit ramp.
