Narrative:

Discrepancies noted regarding fai airport (pafa/fai) approach charts published in cycle 0905 with regard to runway construction this coming summer: in general; none of the charts with regard to the temporary runway 1L/19R or runway 2L/20R have any pronounced cautionary advisories regarding the construction and potential confusion. RNAV (GPS) Y runway 1L: 1) the names of the approach fixes for the chart remain the same as the previous cycle; which combined with an arrow in the airport diagram view pointing at runway 2L but indicating the direction is to runway 1L; is very confusing. 2) this brings into question whether the approach course lines up with the temporary landing surface (taxiway a); or the construction surface (what will be runway 2L).
