Narrative:
Pilot instructed to taxi to runway 33 via taxiway K but due to poor markings at the airport; the pilot crossed the hold short line for the runway. Since then the airport authority has improved some intersections but not all. There have been numerous incidents both reported and unreported. This is mostly due to construction but also because of work procedures imposed that create unnecessary runway crossings and under-utilization of available runway 15/33.
