Narrative:
Departing an uncontrolled airport. I had a clearance with a void time so went into position on runway 4. An aircraft announced that they were on a 4 mile final for runway 22; I saw their landing lights. I announced on unicom that I would takeoff and make an immediate left turn and be out of their way. They were clearly not on an IFR clearance; as I was. I took off; made a turn to the left. At about 800 MSL an aircraft passed over me by about 200 ft. I do not know if this was the aircraft that had planned to land on runway 22; but I doubt that they would have had time to reach this position when I did. As this is an uncontrolled field; this could have been an aircraft on a downwind to runway 4. No evasive action was needed; I leveled off until passing the traffic. I had been monitoring unicom when I heard their call; I think if this had been the aircraft intending originally to land on runway 22 that they would have announced their change of plans on unicom.
