Narrative:

On landing roll; we got a stuck mike. Could not initially determine a cause. When first officer went to flight interphone; the problem was semi-resolved. Upon block in; we determined that the first officer hand mike was on the floor; and when we decelerated; his flight bag slid forward slightly and activated his hand mike; causing the hot mike on tower frequency. I would like to recommend that the hand mike be properly stored in a location other than on the floor (preferably in its receptacle) when not being used.
