Narrative:

Aircraft was dispatched with one pressurization system inoperative. While leveling off at FL320; we encountered icing. After putting on engine and wing anti-ice; cabin starts to climb. We notice it; don oxygen masks; go to manual pressurization. I ask and receive clearance to lower altitude. Once out of icing conditions; I turn off anti-ice and at FL240 cabin stabilizes and we proceed to destination after we recalculate new fuel burn.
