Narrative:

Level at FL350 the first officer brought to my attention that his forward windshield was arcing on the lower right corner. Approximately 5-10 seconds after notifying me of this we heard a loud 'pop' and his windshield (one of the pane's) shattered. Following ECAM/QRH and aom procedures we descended to FL250 and raised the cabin altitude to lower the pressure differential and notified ATC; dispatch and maintenance of the problem. Based on our discussion with structural integrity concerns; weather and fuel burn at our new cruising altitude we determined that it would be safe to continue to our destination. The rest of the flight was uneventful.
