Narrative:

We were assigned 14R hold short runway 10 approach at 7;000. I then briefed 14R including the total landing distance available with the lahso. We then were given a heading to 310 degree and 170 KIAS down to 4000. Then we were given a westerly heading (270) and asked if we had the airport insight. We called airport insight and were cleared the visual without a specific runway mentioned. Controller said '170 KIAS to jexos cleared the visual. Captain read back '170 to chstr cleared the visual 14R.' we then noticed traffic on 14R and steered to increase separation. There was no altitude or traffic separation issues; nor any TCAS alerts. Then the controller asked if we had traffic insight and we confirmed that we did. He then cleared us for the visual 14R and we side-stepped to 14R and landed uneventfully.
