Narrative:
Passing through 31;700 ft the cabin pressurization warning horn went off and indicator showed 10;000 ft. Masks were donned and an emergency descent initiated with the coordination of ATC. Leveled off at FL190 as pressurization went to 8000 ft and held for approximately 10 minutes; then failed again. Descended to 10;000 ft and diverted. Good coordination between ATC; company; and crew.
