Narrative:
Outside of lanse; the marker for 9R; tower cleared us for the visual to 9R. On glidepath; dog leg was bringing in towards 9L. Mistakenly lining up with 9L; tower notified us at approximately 1000 feet AGL to line up with 9R; the runway we were cleared to land on; side step to 9R was made uneventfully. Crew was on duty for 13 plus hours and captain was on day 9 out of 10 days working.
